A weeping mess

They say it’s good to cry, good to let it out.

But it can’t be good to cry this much.

It can’t be good to cry until your shoulders tighten and tense, until your stomach cramps and sickens with the weight of food sitting there.

Until you can’t breathe properly.

And you’re OK with that.

And it feels like your heart and your veins and your arteries can’t take the stress and the pain anymore.

And that’s also OK.

After how many hours and days of tears does it stop being good to let it out?
